Former senior estate agent speaks to East Devon Luncheon Club at Sidmouth's Victoria Hotel

A retired senior estate agent spoke at the last meeting of the East Devon Luncheon Club recently at the Victoria Hotel in Sidmouth.
Mike Dibble, who used to be a senior director at Bradleys Estate Agents, talked about his more than 30 years of experience in the profession.
One story he told the group included police arriving to arrest a man he was showing around a property in the 1980s in the Honiton area.
Chairman of East Devon Luncheon Club Simon Card said: "I knew Mike would be an entertaining and interesting speaker for our last meeting, everybody much enjoyed his stories about the life of an estate agent in this part of the world."
Following the lunch was an interim annual general meeting, in which it was reported that the club had enjoyed 'a most successful year despite the challenging environment with Covid'.
The club's meetings will resume in October.
