Wanted man with links to Ottery St Mary located

Police wish to inform the public that 28-year-old Joshua Richards has now been located.
Richards, who has links to Ottery St Mary and Honiton was wanted on recall to prison.
In a statement made today (16 December) officers thanked the public for their assistance with the search.
