Friday: Sidmouth Airshow 2023

Red Arrows (Nub News/ Will Goddard)

Sidmouth Airshow is coming up this Friday and will feature the Red Arrows, a Spitfire and Hurricane and other aerobatic displays to kick off the Sidmouth Regatta weekend.

There will also be a 'food village' with local food stalls at the Ham, and the Sidmouth Giants will make an appearance on the seafront.

Saturday and Sunday: Sidmouth Regatta

Sidmouth Regatta events on Saturday include sailing club races, street theatre and a firework display.

On Sunday, there will be Sidmouth Gig Club races, a beach clean and more.

Until 23 September: Sidmouth Summer Play Festival

Previous production of 'Butterflies are Free' (Manor Pavilion Theatre)

The Sidmouth Summer Play Festival will feature 12 plays in 12 weeks this summer to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Six of the town's favourites from the last decade and six new plays will be performed at the Manor Pavilion Theatre from Monday 26 June until the end of September.

Every Saturday: Sidmouth Roller Skating

All ages and abilities are welcome to roller-skating sessions every Saturday at Sidmouth Leisure Centre.

The sessions last from 11.15am to 12.30pm and cost £3.50.

Until 3 September: Sidmouth Town Band concert

Sidmouth Town Band performing in Connaught Gardens (Sidmouth Town Band)

Sidmouth Town Band's annual summer season is underway with weekly performances every Sunday at 8pm in Connaught Gardens.

This summer will see the band perform a total of 15 concerts until 3 September.
